Sense of Touch is more than a salon, that’s why we positioned them as ‘Malaysia’s 1st Hair Treatment and Aesthetic Centre’ to elevate their branding. We understood how hair loss can lead to a loss of confidence, that’s why we created the tagline ‘Restore Your Confidence’ which communicates their purpose. Through their social media, we managed to build brand trust and credibility for their treatments, educate their audience about scalp health, as well as increase foot traffic with treatment packages for first-time customers.
